This project will bring about science-based evidence on how nutrition policy interventions affect consumer behaviour and dietary intake. This evidence has to be turned into actionable implications. This work package will focus on the implications for public policy.
Consortium partners will bring together the evidence and best practice guidelines from these previous work packages, consider synergies. In addition to desk research, key informant interviews, and workshop sessions will take place to ensure that the implications reflected in the final documents, accurately reflect the opinions of the broad stakeholder base.
Based on the previous work packages and stakeholders feedbacks, consortium partners will develop and implement a range of consumer behaviour models and methods & measures for intervention evaluation, compile them into a best-practice guide and make recommendations for use in future evaluations for future policymaking within the framework of the EU Consumer Strategy and the Action Plan for Food and Nutrition Policy.
